Questions from accounts teams
Which files can I drop?
Outlook .msg, .eml from any mail app, winmail.dat, and ZIP files holding them. Mailbox archives like PST and MBOX are not supported yet.
What if two invoices have the same name?
With rename on, each gets its email's date and sender in its name, so no file overwrites another.
How many emails can I do at once?
Up to 100 per run, with a 24-hour pass or Pro. Run another batch for more.
Can I get an invoice for my company?
Yes. Paddle emails a receipt with every purchase, and you can download invoices from Manage billing.
