Our guarantee
Check the free preview first. If anything from your email is missing or wrong in a paid result, or a file the preview opened won't open after you pay, ask within 7 days of purchase and you get a full refund.
How to ask
Reply to your Paddle receipt, or write to [email protected] with your order number and what went wrong. Paddle, our reseller, processes refunds back to the card or account you paid with. Most banks show it within 5 to 10 working days.
Pro
You can cancel Pro at any time from Manage billing, and it keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. If a renewal charge was a surprise, ask within 7 days of it and we refund that renewal.
After a refund
The refunded pass stops working on every device. Files you already downloaded stay with you.
Your legal rights
This policy adds to your rights as a consumer; it doesn't take any away.
