How to print a .msg file without Outlook

Without Outlook you can't open a .msg file to print it. Turn it into a PDF first and print that: it takes about a minute.

Print it in four steps

  1. Drop the .msg file into the MSG to PDF converter.
  2. Choose A4 or Letter, and whether to add attachments as pages.
  3. Download the PDF: free for one email up to 2 MB.
  4. Open the PDF and print it from any PDF viewer or your browser.

Which design to print

Our clean design is easiest to read on paper. For records, choose the original design: the email as the sender laid it out.

Printing many emails

To print a stack of emails, batch MSG to PDF makes one PDF in date order, with a cover page listing every email, so you print once.
